Pregnancy massage

Are you a mom-to-be that is looking for some relief and nuturing support?
Also called pre-natal massage, it is performed done lying face up and side lying (depending on which trimester you are in). This type of massage can can be performed through the entire duration of your pregnancy and is excellent for the health of mom and baby. We ask that you have 2-3 pillows available (or a pregnancy pillow) to help make sure you are comfortable throughout the duration of your massage.
cupping and advanced performance massage

This is an excellent choice if you have trouble relaxing your body and mind. The heat from the stones with calm your nervous system while allowing stubborn areas of tension to easily let go. We use the stones as an extension of our hands to provide a unique massage experience. This also reduces any soreness normally felt after a deep tissue session.
Seated massage

Are you looking to provide seated massages for your staff or special event?
Relax and pamper your office staff with our Custom Seated Massages. They can be performed in 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute increments, depending on what your schedule and budget allows. We bring our massage chairs and music with us and can set up indoors or outdoors. The time can be scheduled with one or more therapists, depending on the size of your event.
